Hello to all,

The current trend in society seems to encourage and propel us along with increasing momentum. 'Faster', 'bigger', and 'more' are the words many are encouraged to asses the quality of our lives by.

In our attempts to acquire and speed our way through life gathering and amassing more, bigger, and better 'things' we are losing site of ourselves. Our approachs to personal health and well being mirror our view of the 'quick fix' approach to anything that might impede our out of control quest. Treating symptoms will only work for so long. Dysfunction will eventually take its toll and shut down the entire system.

The artistic approach to life allows us to slow our pace, spend quality and developmental time with ourselves, and, while in the process of personal development, reconnect with the part of our selves lost in today's pace. And an interesting thing happens when we slow ourselves down - we get more done, and get more done, more efficiently!

Approach your life artistically. Get involved, or reinvolved with some hands-on art - qigong, tajiquan, instrumental, drawing, singing, dancing, painting, or especially, the art of personal health. Encourage artistic development every chance you get, and with whomever you come in contact with.

And, as always, I welcome and look forward to hearing your feedback and thank you all for your interest and support. I'd also like to thank Nancy, Brenda, and Leona for their kind words about my work... they are appreciated more than you know.

Blessing & Balance in all things.
